How the free ReguPrep pilot handles data

Data we use
We process account email, workspace membership, product facts, label files, OCR text, assessment results, report snapshots, and limited security and audit records when needed to provide and protect the service. Do not upload payment information, medical records, government identifiers, or unrelated personal data.
Purpose and service providers
We use the data to run the requested label pre-check, preserve account work where requested, secure the service, diagnose failures, and meet deletion or export requests. The current service uses Hostinger infrastructure for application hosting and Cloudflare for DNS, content delivery, and network security. OCR runs on the ReguPrep application server. Payment processing, production email delivery, advertising tracking, and third-party AI processing are not enabled.
Retention, export, and deletion
Free product checks created without an account are deleted seven days after the last activity in that workspace, together with their workspace data, uploaded files, and sessions. Signed-in users can download a JSON export and request deletion from private account settings. Operational backups may retain deleted records until the applicable backup is replaced or removed.
Security and international processing
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on controlled service infrastructure. Cloudflare and Hostinger may process technical or service data outside the user's country. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security, so use non-confidential validation material during the pilot.
