Service boundary
The service organizes user-supplied product facts and applies versioned automated rules to produce preliminary findings. It does not provide legal advice, government approval, a definitive legal or illegal determination, or a guarantee of marketability.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of submitted material and for final manufacturing, labeling, advertising, and market-entry decisions. Upload only material you are authorized to use, and do not use the service for unlawful activity or to interfere with its security or availability.
Rules, availability, and warranties
Regulatory sources, rules, OCR, and automated classifications may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. The service may change or be unavailable during the pilot. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the free service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, fitness, uninterrupted operation, or regulatory outcome.
Accounts and content
You retain responsibility for submitted content. You permit Alder Finch Inc and its listed service providers to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. We may suspend access that threatens the service, other users, or applicable law.
Commercial status
No payment is currently accepted and no subscription or paid expert-review contract is created. Any future paid service will require separate published commercial terms before checkout is enabled.
